I think it captures a moment of quiet reflection alone in the bathroom prior to all the day's excitement. Getting ready shots are an important part of the collection of the images from your Wedding Day. The importance of these photographs is often overlooked, the atmosphere of the getting ready part of the day, the interaction between all the bridesmaids, friends and parents can easily be forgotten after the event and it is usually only when our couples see their finished images that memories of that part of their day come flooding back!
Wedding Days are busy and fly by, things get forgotten in the ever increasing speed of the proceedings and we love to help you remember all the nice parts of the day that are perhaps seen as lees important, they are all important and all go to make up your special day. The window light here at The Forest and Vale Hotel in Pickering was fantastic and really lights-up the Brides face. We rarely pose images but prefer to record what actually happens and our Bride turned to the light at the right time and the right angle to give us this image.
