This cheeky page boy peeping through the forest of legs following a wedding at the Kenwood Hall Hotel in Sheffield always makes me smile! He has the look of someone about to get up to no good in the nicest of ways. A wedding day is sometimes a long and tiring day for a youngster as they try to reason out what is happening and are probably wondering how much longer it will go on.
We try to entertain these little ones as we go, to have a laugh and a joke with them and to try to make them feel part of the day rather than someone who is there because the usual recipients of their time are also tied up. Children can also make a wedding day fun with some of the things they say as well as some of the things they do, but this little chap was as good as gold and very patient despite the long day!
