As wedding photographers, we frequently get to see close-up and in great detail some of the exceptional work that goes into making some of the wedding day items. With this bouquet for example one wonders just how long it must have taken to wrap the string around the stems of these beautiful flowers, what an amazing exercise in patience. We also get to see much of the intricate detail on a wedding dress. There is some exceptional embroidery work which has taken place on the gown which can only really be appreciated when viewed from close-up. When the wedding gown is on the bride it is much less likely it will be seen and examined at close quarters (it might not seem polite!) so sadly much of this exquisite detail is missed by many of the guests on the wedding day so we do our best to capture this detail so it can be admired at a later date.
