This image taken at one of our favourite wedding venues the spectacular Kenwood Hall in Sheffield. This style and type of image would probably be what would be considered as the classic wedding day image, bride and groom together in front of the wedding venue. Not sure if traditionalists would approve of the glass of champagne and sharing a kiss but this is the 21st century and times change. This is one of the images we will always try to capture not so much for the bride and groom but almost certainly for the parents of the bride and groom.
During our time as wedding photographers working from our Sheffield base, Kenwood Hall is almost certainly the venue we have photographed the most weddings at. This is a truly magnificent venue set in some simply stunning grounds but the most surprising part about this venue is just how close it is to the centre of Sheffield. Driving around the area it isn't at all clear that tucked away behind the suburban houses and the rather ordinary looking modern hotel front lurks this wonderful venue with its 12 acres or grounds. If you are looking for a large and wonderful wedding venue not far from the centre of Sheffield it is well worth a look.
