This photograph is from a wedding we covered at the Kenwood Hall Hotel in Sheffield. The bride is all ready in her wedding dress and will shortly make her way to see the registrar before finally going to meet her waiting groom. I love reflections and am constantly trying to find new and interesting ones as I try to build a better understanding of how best to utilise them in an interesting way. This one was captured this towards the end of the "getting ready" or "bridal preparations" part of the day shortly before going to the wedding ceremony room.
Kenwood Hall is one of our personal favourite wedding venues, we love to photograph here for a number of reasons. The grounds are extensive and wonderfully well kept, they offer some wonderful opportunities to wander around and capture images of the happy couple and their guests. The hotel is spacious with some wonderful rooms in which to get married. The food is always first class and well presented, and finally we always find the staff well trained, courteous and helpful which is a very for front of house staff.
