Always one of the last parts of the day we need to photograph, the couple’s first dance. The couple are seen in this album from their wedding at the fantastic Cressbrook Hall near Buxton in Derbyshire undertaking their first dance in the orangery at this magnificent Derbyshire wedding venue. The orangery was wonderful and light for this dance as the sun didn't set until almost nine-thirty with it still being light well after this time. The light here was wonderful all day once the early morning clouds had departed and the lovely early summers light streaming through the massive glass windows made our photography different, good different!
Cressbrook Hall is such a lovely venue to work at. The building is stunning, the views magnificent and the grounds beautiful. There is a saying that "you are only as good as your clients", well that is certainly true, and when your clients choose to get married at a superb wedding venue like this it makes our job easier as well as being thrilling and interesting. In some ways there are too many wonderful locations here, we were almost spoilt for choice for the locations in the grounds to photograph the happy couple. We only hope to return here very soon so we can explore more of this wonderful place.
