The bridal party makes its way along the wonderful path towards the waiting groom for this fantastic outdoor wedding at Cressbrook Hall near Buxton. There was a definite green theme at this wedding and I for one approve! The setting for this ceremony must be one of the most spectacular in Derbyshire if not in the whole UK. The view behind the bridal party is almost reminiscent of somewhere in Austria rather than Derbyshire such are the scale and shape of the hills. One cloud almost imaging Julie Andrews appearing over the hill and breaking into song!
This Derbyshire wedding venue is amazing. I can't really get over the spectacular location the hall has been built in. Despite being so wonderfully located and having such stunning views along the valley in both directions, it is almost impossible to see from the road and one could almost imaging frequent commuters along the road paying attention to driving rather than sightseeing might not even know it was there. This is a wonderful place for photography and we thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to take photographs there, we are so looking forward to our next visit to explore the vast grounds further and create some more magical pictures for our happy couple.
