Following the wedding ceremony, the bride and groom along with their family and friends took advantage of the lovely, sunny summer day and being in such beautiful surroundings. The rear of the discovery centre opens out onto a lake view walkway, just perfect for a chat and some canapes following a wedding ceremony. During this time as the guests mingle, also provides us with a great opportunity to photograph the group as they chat and congratulate the happy couple. The discovery centre is in such a wonderful part of the city, it is quiet and peaceful and a lovely place to be, particularly for a wedding.
Following this J G Graves Discovery Centre wedding ceremony, we spent some time with the bride and groom in the woodland behind the centre while the wedding guests enjoyed some light refreshments. The trees provide a beautiful setting for photography and a lovely and natural background to the images. Being some distance from roads, it is also a quiet place, excellent for our newly married couple to walk together while we photograph them in a relaxed and unobtrusive way. No forced or awkward poses, just happy people, in love and just married, and a happy wedding photographer creating some art for them and including them.
