The main stairs at this Sheffield Cutlers Hall wedding provide the perfect backdrop and location for this group photograph from a large wedding there in 2017.This was our first Sheffield Cutlers Hall wedding and what a treat we have been missing up until now! This is a truly historic venue and has hosted some wonderful events during its history including royal visits as well as this wonderful wedding! When we photograph a wedding one of the main photographs on the wish list for the bride and groom is the large group photograph of all the wedding guests. This image was created on the stairs in the Cutlers Hall allowing us to gain some extra height above the guests to create this picture from an unusual and interesting angle.
The Cutlers Hall in Sheffield is a very large venue bit also a very spectacular one. So many large venues are not much more than a large characterless shed with nothing much in the way of features, this is not something that can be said about the Cutler Hall. With a range of spectacular rooms of all shapes and sizes and very conveniently located for the city centre hotels it is a lovely place just to be in.
