The majestic Sheffield Botanical Gardens makes a wonderful backdrop for wedding or engagement photographs or simply a nice few hours away from it all in the urban oasis! This is one of the finest parks in the city and simply sparkles at any time of year but is particularly beautiful during the spring and summer months when the flowers put on a magnificent display. We are fortunate in what was once one of the most heavily industrialised cities in the country to have benefited form some wonderful and generous donations to purchase land in the past for the benefit of the residents and visitors to the city.
We love to photograph here in the Botanical gardens. They are always immaculately kept and there is always something to see even during the middle of winter. The gardens are a haven for wildlife as well as a home to some stunning plants and photographing a wedding or engagement here is a super experience for us and our couples. We like our couples to relax during our photography and the calming and restful surroundings the botanical gardens provide help put couples at ease with each other and with us as we set about photographing them.
