Red Squirrel at the Kirroughtree Forest Visitors Centre

Beautiful red squirrel feeding at the Kirroughtree visitors centre, Scotland in 2015 feeding from one of the dedicated feeding stations for these beautiful little creatures. Most of the UK has lost their red squirrel population and to see one at one of these conservation areas is a wonderful experience particularly for children who almost certainly won't have seen one in the wild in the UK before.
