We always love to have the opportunity to spend some quiet time with our newly married couples following their wedding ceremony. This time is really useful for several reasons. During this time our couple can spend a few minutes together reflecting on the fact that they are now a married couple! They can also settle their nerves and relax a little following their wedding ceremony and start to prepare themselves for the rest of the events taking place during the rest of the day.
This quiet time spent with our couples, away from all the distractions of their happy guests is an excellent opportunity for us to take some photographs of them together in a relaxed situation and if they wish to perhaps have little fun. Our bride had wanted to spend a few minutes away from her wedding guests so had asked and was granted access to Tankersley Park Golf Club after closing in the early evening to take a few quick photographs amongst its beautiful rolling fairways. This gave our couple a few minutes together to relax before returning to Tankersley Manor to continue with the rest of their wedding celebrations.
